Zhongshan Jewelly Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Zhongshan city in 1997. It is a high-tech enterprise with integrated research and development, manufacture and sales. We are specialized in 7 segment led displays as well as LED numeric displays, alphanumeric LED displays, high-power LED, dot-matrix LED displays, and LED director indicator displays. And now, our factory covers 20,000 ㎡, totally with 9 workshops and 500 workers. In addition, we invested 25 million dollars to build modern production base in Jiangxi Province with 70000㎡, which improved our production strength.
Manufacturing capacity & Quality control
In order to improve our capacity, quality and efficiency, we use automation equipment. Recently we have more than 30 PIN of hopping and pressure machine, 60 of ASM860 LED bonder, 80 of ASM welding machine as well as industrial oven, glue filling machine etc. What’s more, we have a systematic team for quality control from IQC, PQC, LQC and OQC. Also our reliability laboratory has double 85 test machine, thermal shock tester, salt spray tester, electrostatic generator, vibrator, freezer, high temperature box, analysis grinder, microscope, welding puller, solid crystal thruster and other laboratory equipments. We will do some testing for finished products or semi-products regularly. Therefore our capacity can be reached 50 million per month. Recently we have some excellent partners, such as Electrolux, Media, TCL, Chigo, Vatti, Joyoung, Macro and so on.
